What does KAYE do?

Kent Enterprise Education Partners (KEEP)

A number of organisations exist to support enterprise education throughout Kent. Mainly operating in schools, colleges and universities throughout the County these groups deliver education programmes and competitions that help students focus on entrepreneurship.

Often using expert volunteers from local businesses, or professional trainers, they offer a wide range of services that address different skills associated with starting and growing businesses including:

  • Creating concepts for business ideas
  • Business planning
  • Understanding fi nance
  • Presentation skills
  • Teamwork and decision making in groups

Programmes can be 'off the shelf' or are sometimes tailor-made to suit the needs of the school, college or university
