What is the event for?

Quite simply - it is to celebrate young entrepreneurs across the county of Kent.

More often than not the thought of a young person starting up in business is not thought of as a reality. Furthering their education, employment or unemployment are usually the only three options, however their is a fourth option becoming an entrepreneur. 

Kent Foundation has supported many young entrepreneurs since 1985 when the charity was first launched 26 years ago. We offer them a wide range of support services in order to help their business to grow. It is important to recognise that starting and running a business is not always easy and support is necessary to help young people recognise their potential.

What will be included in the event?

The launch of our latest research into a business support network for Under Eighteen Entrepreneurs highlighting how Kent Foundation can adapt its services to eliminate these issues. Even more exciting is the fact it is funded by European funding body - Interreg. Our French partner, Mission Locale undertook the same research across the channel to provide an even greater depth in to restrictions on the younger entrepreneur.
