Finding out about the Kent Foundation from a friend, Sam and Anthony from West Kent asked how they could get help putting together a Film and Media Festival in Tunbridge Wells. They met with the Foundation's director for an exploratory meeting where they simply asked for an opportunity to discuss a few ideas.
From that point their relationship with the Foundation flourished. Regular meetings were arranged, support and advice were given about project management, PR and how to promote the festival to experts in this field. Kent Foundation also offered financial support under the service of "Foundation Shop Window" a flexible and creative initiative where small, young businesses can get collective help to promote their work.
