Burning2Learn attends Stakeholder Summit

Burning2Learn students were given the fantastic opportunity to attend the Kent Foundation Stakeholder Summit held on 1st December 2009 in Maidstone.

"The Kent Foundation is an organisation that stimulates entrepreneurship in young people and gives support and guidance in the development and implementation of their business ideas.

This event gave us the chance to speak to people that are heavily involved in making the Kent Foundation possible and some of the young people that the Kent Foundation has helped in business.  It was a real eye-opener to learn more about this great organisation and the work it is doing to give young people the opportunity to follow their dreams and setup their own business with the right kind of support and advice. We learnt a lot about some of the new businesses that have emerged and how the Kent Foundation helps these young entrepreneurs."
