Kent Foundation has a bank of Volunteer Business Mentors to help you achieve your aims.

Our mentoring service is:

Managed by you: we aim to match your enthusiasm

The mentor's role is to support young entrepreneurs make decisions about business; this may be about start-up or growth issues etc.  

Provides 1-2-1 individual support: opportunites to meet up on a regular basis, plus emails and phone calls create on-going support.

Confidential: issues between Kent Foundation, the mentor and mentee are confidential.

‘My mentor helps me see what I am doing on a weekly basis. If I have had a bad week or feel that I haven't achieved much she will get me to talk about everything I have done. At times this has really motivated me as I find I have done much more than I thought.'
