HOW WE CAN HELP YOU
MENTORSHIP
A mentor has a wealth of knowledge for you to draw upon and can be a sounding board for your ideas and an accountability buddy to make sure you stick to the plan
MASTERCLASSES
In our masterclasses we take a business topic and put together workshops to increase your knowledge and effectiveness
MASTERMINDS
A mastermind is when a small group of entrepreneurs come together to help solve each others challenges in business
COLLABORATION
Meet other young entrepreneurs at our networking events to make sure everyone feels a part of The Kent Foundation

MENTORSHIP
With over 100 mentors as part of The Kent Foundation it’s safe to say we have a wealth of knowledge for you to draw upon.
We’ve refined our mentor matching process so that we can give you the best support available.
A business mentor provides guidance, shares expertise, and offers valuable perspective. They can help you navigate challenges, set goals, and grow your business. It’s like having a trusted advisor who’s been there before, offering you insights that can save you time, money, and stress. A mentor can be a game-changer for your business.

Masterclasses
We host masterclasses where we take an element of business, such as digital marketing or taxes, and put together workshops to improve your knowledge in that area.
To truly understand business there is much you will need to learn. We help break that down into bitesize chunks.

Masterminds
You don’t have to do business alone! Masterminds are events where a small group of entrepreneurs come together to help each other with the challenges they’re facing in their business.
You’ll find the journey of business easier and more enjoyable if you have others in a similar boat to collaborate with along the way.

Don’t just take our word for it, here is some feedback from our mentors and young business people from latest survey.
“Confidence – one mentee arrived completely deflated and not knowing which direction the business should take. Mentoring sessions have given her confidence to explore other options she hadn’t considered, seen things in a different light, and reduced the “fear” of decision making.”
“The mentoring is helping business owners bring structure and discipline into their business.”
“The support is helping my business to think strategically as opposed to just getting by month by month. This then makes procedures as cash flow forecasting more understandable and needed as part of plan. Seeing a plan start to work reinforces the value of the Mentors help in the longer term.”
“When you are starting in business it can be lonely and you often can’t afford to build a team, The Kent Foundation provides access to professionals who are there to guide and offer support in a non-bias environment.”
“The mentoring provided would not be an affordable option to these business owners if they had to go out to market and hire in this kind of coaching/mentoring support. It also contributes to the success of the Kent economy.”
