Kent Launchpad is a year-long pilot programme designed to support you in building a sustainable business. It’s free to join and offers:

Blended learning: Four live online modules and three in person workshops

1:1 business coaching: Up to 3 hours tailored to your needs

Sector clinics: Focused sessions aligned to Kent’s priority industries

Micro support fund: Small grants to help with essential startup costs

Mentor matching: Get paired with a volunteer business mentor

Training
All mentors go through a dedicated training day to ensure your mentoring style aligns with The Kent Foundation's approach.
Support
Our team works closely with you to find the right match, drawing on the broad experience across our mentor network to pair you with a participant who will benefit most from your background and insights.
Opportunities
As a Kent Foundation mentor, you'll have the chance to get involved in wider events such as masterminds and masterclasses, contributing to a supportive local ecosystem where the next generation of entrepreneurs can truly flourish.
