New Business Builder App Launching Soon

The Kent Foundation is delighted to introduce a new Business Builder app, an interactive online tool designed to help aspiring and existing business owners turn ideas into action.

Developed specifically to support entrepreneurs at different stages of their journey, the Business Builder takes users through a structured assessment and planning process before generating a personalised business report.

Participants receive:

• A summary of their business readiness and idea viability.

• Tailored recommendations and practical next steps.

• Business briefings on topics such as sales strategy, networking, competitor analysis and finding customers.

• Action plans to help maintain momentum.

• Financial planning tools, including cash flow forecasts. 

Examples of the outputs include personalised readiness reports and detailed business briefings.

For mentees, the tool provides a practical starting point for developing ideas, identifying challenges and preparing for mentoring sessions.

For mentors, it offers valuable insight ahead of a first meeting, helping to focus conversations on the areas where support is needed most. The reports include suggested questions, discussion prompts and recommended actions that can help shape effective mentoring conversations. 

We will be rolling the Business Builder out over the coming months and look forward to seeing how it helps strengthen the support we provide to entrepreneurs across Kent.
